Regular Flu or H1N1 Flu...either way I am sick

Course we had a playdate today with MrsCatHead and when I started to feel sick over the weekend I chalked it up to allergies which are rampant right now--the kids got sick with over 102 temps and then of course got better the next day--I had a sore throat...seriously all things that happen during one of many allergy seasons here in NM but then last night I got the headache

worse sore throat

fatigue

muscle aches something awful

gunk

fever

etc, etc.

OH What fun!! So I called the Dr they are calling me back but really the treatment for either flu is the same unless you have worse symptoms which again could happen with either one and they are both contagious but since I have a history of lung infections and (my favorite) asthma I have to stay home and that means the kids stay home....

after I rest I think I need to take this as a sign that I have some time off

even though I know this is not called the Swine flu any more and quite possibly this is just a regular ole flu here are some cute piggy pics-- a very intelligent and clean animal!

OINK hope I feel better soon so I can get back to creating and share with you the FANTASTIC meeting I had yesterday with some helpful SCORE volunteers (yes I am calling them to let them know I am sick so they can be on the lookout, seriously I only had a sore throat yesterday and moms just can not be sick)
