Heather Bailey Happy Stacker Project
OH MY this was hard but it so deceptively cute.....this practice stacker will go to a mama soon to have boy baby as a gift...I loved the fabrics esp the Alexander Henry stuff at the top and bottom.
So I don't know how happy this will make a baby, I would think they would become quickly overwhelmed by the humongous size of this and perhaps just kind of roll around on it instead?
Anyway, I took pics as I was making it and will upload that tutorial soon so that those of you attempting to do this project can get help quick cause you will need it after the tracing and cutting....

Hi there- found your blog when I was searching for help with this project. I feel like an idiot, but I just can't figure out steps h1 and h2. I swear I have turned the fabric every single way and just can get it right. Any tips? Thanks, Michelle
ReplyDeleteHi Michelle send me an email mtandg@yahoo.com...OK this makes sense if you look at it from the point of needing to have the seams in and neat and not sticking out and remember that the center hole fabric will have the right sides inside the hole
ReplyDeletefirst sew it to the top ring with right sides together THEN sew it to the bottom ring with the right sides together remembering you will have to turn it through the hole so it looks like a spool with the hole inside....I did put up a review with pics and I hope that helps
