20th Anniversary Tapestry Completed!

Light detailing surrounding some of the birds and roses. Some simple applique of roses designed inspired by one of the roses on the fabric. Hand embroidery on the appliqued roses themselves.

With the client's input we put this together how she imagined it and it turned out quite lovely!

I think my favorite part of this is the bird applique with the 2 birds together, it really made the piece since it was for an anniversary of such a loving couple!
