Hippie vest #1 is completed.....

....here it is so simple yet she loves it and in fact is still wearing it....she loves all the buttons including a cute hamburger button I found in my stash--feels good to be using stuff from the stash--and look she actually put the red, white and blue together with the pants very patriotic.

Fabric is a vintage open weave cotton(?)

YuGiOh shirt care of our fab Goodwill store here thanks to the kid's mom who donated it!

I'd say this outfit was a huge hit.....

And now G2's vest just have to add the buttons--all sewn on by hand WHEW....10 bucks says she tries it on for the photos and then never wears it again yea my kid is totally like that...

Apparently everything old is new again....
