Missing Blogger...gone swimming...

....so yea I spent all summer getting up early taking the kid to swimming and now the season is over.....they had their finals and State meets this week so I just did not get around to blogging or crafting or thinking just mostly sleeping and driving and mom team volunteering....we have our pizza party and banquet tonight and I think I am looking forward to it as much as the kids just for the sheer fact I get pizza and that the SEASON IS OVER.....

....little did I know that the kid is so into swimming and hanging with a couple of great girls she met this summer that they all want to try out for the local USA swim team and that they will need to (SNIFF, SNUFFLE) PRACTICE yes PRACTICE for the tryouts....uh I am sorry did you say practice??? Well at least they have goals and ambitions and the practices won't be in the early AM but tryouts are on August 12th so they "have to get their strokes down" whatever here is what I said to that....and frankly eerily similar to how I looked saying it too...

AH Bill how I miss your insight into the world... Your Creator wrote some of our all time fave books and of course some of the best political comics of all times --his newest book 'Pete and Pickles' is fantastic and our fave is 'Red Ranger Came Calling'

Anyway I am glad that she found something she likes to do--at one meet last week she did win in her favorite event--Butterfly--so that is good and in the finals she bettered her times by as much as 11 seconds so if she is happy I am happy

Working on some more collages and hope to share some today here is a sneak peak of one of them

and yes I am still making clothes just having more fun for the moment making these....I will even be teaching classes locally!
