Well off we go again with lots of music in the future which means gigs and G2 is back in fashion mode scouring my 'Creative Lair' in search of the outfit she wants me to make and now that I have a white board in the room she is also drawing and describing--that is good, keeps her focused lol.
The next gig will be in Santa Fe for their 400th Anniversary of the founding of the City in September and so G2 immediately thought of West Side Story's costumes as inspiration for what she wants to wear...we showed her the movie last year and she was just in awe and it is one of her all time favorites, this year I think we are going to show her Grease
so this first picture is a vintage lacy curtain I had in my stash and the purple trim will serve as the ribbon to create the top in the picture....I believe she is going to also wear a cardigan of some sort and a skirt over leggings but things could change with her lol....I am just grateful that she is thinking of this now rather than 24hrs before the event

Sigh I just love these costumes and the music, oh the music just wonderful--oh well and the story-line is a classic as well lol
