Day 61
....many projects to go this weekend, you could say it was a race to the finish in this final weekend of the Olympics!
Today I spent some time hanging out with G2-just me and her-took her for a little Greek pizza and this is her face before she tried it, after learning it had spinach on it...needless to say after this initial less than enthusiastic reaction she wolfed down more than 4 pieces if I remember correctly (it was a small pizza)--minus the green peppers she scraped off lol
And I will get the better pics up of G2's pillow (using these supplies) tomorrow because I started using my loverly digital camera again making for some clearer pics but this one was taken by my phone and was all I had while working on a different computer tonight than the one I uploaded my camera pictures too....it did turn out to be a fun experiment in free motion stitching and must have loved it because as soon as it was finished it disappeared into her room where she declared she was going to use the pillow and read her books for a while.
Ahhh there's the pics from the good camera again.....no more blurry keep your hand still phone pics...well maybe not as many cause I like using my phone a bit too much
G2 made these knots of the nylon craft loops and wanted them sewn on to the pillow somehow--I decided I wanted them randomly put on the front because well they go into a preteen's room and those types are pretty random already...she likes it so I am cool with that...I have 2 more pillows to make and she is on her way to turning her room into a lounge with an Asian theme
