Day 80
I entered my fabric collage idea into the Clothworks Woodland Friends II Contest. And I am one of 5 finalists!!

The idea that came to me was to follow the characters that were already on their fabrics in the Woodland Friends II line so I have a moose and a bear helping their little buddy owl.
The sketch came to me as I was dreaming--that is how all my creative ideas come to me and I really don't know how that works but I am going with it for as long as it does work--thinking there is some psychological thing behind that but we're not gonna go there lol.
I think really all I could honestly say was WOW. I am very excited to get my hands on the fabric and start the creating so this weekend I am going to do a sample in some other fabrics just to see....
