That Octopus is definitely checking you out! And some flowers, Oh & the kids...

Went to our beloved Botanical Gardens and Aquarium this weekend, just so beautiful in it's different seasonal colors

This octopus was most certainly checking us out...gosh they are somewhat creepy in their intelligence I will bet it is thinking the exact same thing...

Look at all the silvers and purples that were out in the gardens...

Oh and Zinnias how I love thee

Spider web that had captured water drops....nature is amazing is it not?

this deep color is quite possibly one of my faves of all time

And the artichokes they are now in bloom alas no one ate them but the purple is almost neon...

Can you believe hub even suggested (on his own completely mouth droppingly unsuggested either verbally or telepathically by myself) that we get remarried at the gardens--I am sure it costs thousands but our 15th or 20th might be worth it right? We will be celebrating 12 years on Christimas Eve this year! WOOHOO!

And as to all our recent troubles--well some deep breathing and well spent family time helped enormously. I just had to find my silver lining and it was there all along...I just got too wrapped up in my troubles to see it!
