A bluebird in your pocket & ROYGBIV

I just whipped this up the other day because it is a project I had dreamed up a while back (doesn't everyone get their ideas when they dream?) and this little cutie is not only made totally from scraps but he fits perfectly in your pocket, purse, wallet and can brighten your day when you unexpectedly come across him or maybe you just take a peek at him when you need a little pick me up!

This one went to a good home already but I will be making more to put on my Artfire site

And as if I needed yet another reminder of this beautiful land we live in there was a full visible rainbow as we were driving to class.... as my kids are yelling " mom mom ROYGBIV ROYGBIV you can see all the colors"

FYI for all you non-science geeks ROYGBIV stands for

Red

Orange

Yellow

Green

Blue

Indigo

Violet

all the visible colors on the color spectrum (at least to the human eye)
