Day 71
So this weekend was fun...my computer crashed but lucky for me hub managed to rescue the hard drive and it looks like a scene from CSI downstairs as the guts of another old computer are being transferred into my new old computer while I work on the girls' laptop which has Vista and I hate it but hub said he would get the Windows 7 update soon for me so there might be computer hope in my future after all. Its all good but when you have 3 of us at home at once and homeschooling stuff online to do you really need at least 2 working computers.
Was considering doing this to my new old computer but hub rescued it just in time because I was seriously gonna drop it out of my 2nd story window

So to help combat computer anger I loaded up on Peeps and chocolate...ahhh that satisfying ripping off of their cute little marshmallow heads just makes things better...
The girls gave Easter candy a thumbs up--the bunny rocked it by hiding the eggs inside I mean seriously folks how in the world do you hide eggs in a bed of sand that we call our backyard?...not much of a challenge in the hunt--now next year OH YEA once we get all the plants in the bunny will be able to find plenty of places to snuggle eggs full of candy!
Since we were a little busy with an ice skating party, cooking, Easter and cleaning I decided to start working on my little projects for Fall-yes Fall in Spring. And it was fun...a retro easy peasy cross stitch cheater kit from 1974...
But not to worry I have some projects in the works--some secret and some not so secret- I am gathering supplies...
lots of beads and buttons--LOVING the Greek eyes...to be sewn onto a few things...la ti da I get to do some exciting things from requests and some things out of my sketch book!
Soooo excited have a few friends coming to my Momtasterrific Craftery night and I totally forgot to post it to the blog ACK so will get on that this afternoon!!! Well better get outside for a bit before our hurricane force winds return to the desert spring!
Such a good movie. I think everyone has dreamed of doing that to some kind of computer equipment.... those are the only kind of cross-stitch i can do... i'm not so good at the counting!
