Day 108
Started off with a successful overnight swim meet trip.....
.....a birthday for the hub complete with brownies loaded in chocolate and candy....
....a meet up with one of G1's BFFs who I know got totally shafted in the cosplay contest.....G1 did not participate this time but she is totally up for a dream of going to Comic-Con
....enjoying the last few weeks of Summer because apparently it refuses to give up it's grip with the current La Nina temps of 98, oh lordy it is bloody hot....hey but my sunflower bush looks great...
.....working on several projects the FUN one will be a Ringmaster outfit for a local Parrot Head...oh yea in wild parrot fabric nonetheless....apparently people outside of Florida and the beach look at me like I am a loony when I say I am making this costume so while they give me the raised, crazy eyebrow I hum a few bars of 'wasting away again in margaritaville' and they sort of get it lol...SNIFF, SOB, I miss the beach where I spent all that time growing up....someone send me a jar of salty smelling air QUICK!
My first two Halloween designs are on the pillows and ready....I will get them up this week. Working on the next two....what will you create this week?
